The Health Hub in the community
The Health Hub has been part of the local community for over 30 years and this Christmas we’re asking you to help us support some of our most vulnerable locals. We’re teaming up with local charity 3rd Space to create Christmas hampers for local families.

Can you help us by donating non-perishable food items and treats for local homeless and vulnerable families in need of some Christmas joy? You’ll find a collection bin in Health Hub reception.

- Individual juice and drinks
- Grains and beans
- Pasta and pasta sauce
- Non-perishable canned protein,
- Canned fruit and puree
- Noodles
- Muesli bars and nuts
Who is 3rd Space?
A sense of community that brings people together to support each other, is at the heart of what 3rd Space do. They support anyone living in the Brisbane City Council region and beyond to find accommodation and meet their basic needs for food, hygiene and rest. 3rd Space helps visitors in the depths of despair learn to smile and laugh again by offering a hand up rather than handouts.
3rd Space Brisbane run a drop-in centre and café locally at 505 Brunswick St Fortitude Valley, offering practical support, friendship and dignity for homeless families and individuals in crisis.
The last day we will be able to collect hamper donations in the Health Hub for 3rd Space will be midday December 18.
