Health Hub complaints and concerns

The Health Hub has a formal complaints management process and we value feedback.

If you wish to provide us with additional feedback or make a complaint about any aspect of your experience or clinical care in the Health Hub, you may either:

  • Contact the Patient Liaison Officer on 1300 709 076,
  • Email HealthHub@tuh.com.au  or
  • Write to the Patient Liaison Officer at The Health Hub 438 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley, QLD, 4006.

We welcome the opportunity to resolve any concerns or complaints with you directly. If you are not satisfied with the manner in which your complaint was handled you can write to:
