What you should expect
We strive to make your first experience with the Health Hub pleasant.
We suggest new patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete relevant paperwork. You will be welcomed by our friendly staff at reception. Once settled, feel free to explore by trying on some glasses in optical and enjoy wi-fi while you wait for your appointment.

Payment
You can pay by EFTPOS and we have HICAPS so you can claim your health fund rebate right away.
For most services, you simply pay the full amount (minus your rebate) at the end of your treatment. However, major dental work requires a deposit after your first appointment.
