Get a 20% discount on a repeat pair of orthotics when using existing casts/prescriptions
- Discount offer only applies to orthotics made from existing casts matched with orthotic prescriptions supplied previously by Instep podiatry podiatrists Craig and Matthew.
- Casts are to be supplied by the patient.
- An appointment is needed to discuss the patients needs before ordering at which time an estimate will be provided. Our standard consultation fee applies to this appointment.
- It is the responsibility of the patient to check the out of pocket costs for repeat orthotics with their private health insurer before proceeding.
- Current orthotic prescription must still be valid and if not, new casts (costs apply) and new orthotic prescriptions would be required and would not qualify for discount offer.
- Supply of repeat orthotics are at the discretion of the consulting Podiatrist.
- Instep Podiatry Brisbane reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any special offer discount, as well as the associated terms and conditions, at its sole direction and without prior notice. this includes, but is not limited to: adjusting the discount amount, altering eligibility criteria, changing the duration of the offer period, or discontinuing the offer entirely.
