Chris Stewart

Chris Stewart is a Diploma qualified Remedial Massage therapist with over 3 years experience and a passion to learn about the musculoskeletal system. He is also lifetime martial arts practitioner, former professional sportsman and personal trainer. He was formerly a pro boxer and has spent a good portion of his life learning how to recover from injuries quickly and keep his body and mind in peak performance. Chris has a background in youth work having spent 10 years working with complex trauma in youth using therapeutic crisis intervention strategies. His holistic approach to treatment plans including Massage, trigger point therapy, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), passive stretching, cupping and specific exercise plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. His style is impactful and his philosophy is that you don’t need to have an agonisingly painful treatment in order to get out of pain. Using specific techniques that honour the holistic nature of your physical body means that your massage will make the changes necessary to get you on the pathway to getting your body functional again.
